Seemed like no one had cut the grass in awhile. Bathrooms were dirty, our campsite was not clean. Just seems like a run down spot.

we could fit but pad was narrow and prior camper had left a huge deep rut. AT&T barely worked, and only sometimes which was awful. use care in choosing a site if you want to use your satellite dish. we got lucky on 4A Deer Run because there was a tree but our satellite worked!. If that tree thickens up it may not work in future. we enjoyed our ebikes around the 3 campground loops and to the marina. it is really unfortunate that many seem to fail to cancel when their plans change and sites go empty when others would have liked to get in. really wish the campground hosts were able to man the phones and answer specific questions about the different sites instead of the current system with an 800# and someone who really cannot tell you anything about the cg. it is nice to have full hook up at the senior discount! we were able to level but many sites look like leveling could be an issue. this is another thing it would be nice to be able to inquire about if one was able to call the cg hosts. we were there in a 45ft MH ... just need to get our MH out rather close to home.

It is a very neat park, shower house and bathrooms are clean, always very easy to check in, always some patrolling the area.

Needed better access to the lake, improve each site, lots of leaf and downed trees.

Policies & Rules
Cancellation policy
- Reservation fees are non-refundable. For campsites, cabins, lookouts, yurts, group sites, and similar stays, we charge a reservation service fee of $8.
- Standard cancellations usually have a $10 cancellation fee. Customers can generally cancel before the check-in date online.
- Late cancellation rules differ by stay type.
- Individual campsites: cancelling after 12:00am local time the day before arrival usually means a $10 cancellation fee plus forfeiting the first night's fee.
- Cabins, lookouts, and yurts: cancelling less than 14 days before arrival usually means a $10 cancellation fee plus forfeiting the first night's fee.
- One-night reservations: a late cancellation usually forfeits the full amount paid, up to the total original reservation cost.
- Modifications are allowed before the cut-off window, but fees depend on the change. Changing to dates completely outside the original reservation dates may trigger a $10 change fee. Extending or shortening a stay that still includes original dates usually has no change fee, though refunds may depend on timing and facility rules. Switching to the same type of campsite for the same dates usually has no change fee, but price differences are charged or refunded.
- Early departures may or may not be refunded. At certain facilities, partial refunds may be possible if staff can mark the site available for other visitors. No refund is given for a night if the early departure is requested after that day's check-out time.
- Security deposits are separate. Security deposits may be refunded to the original payment method if the facility is left in acceptable condition, as determined by the property.
