What Guests Are Saying
Campbell Point is a beautiful and clean campground with well-maintained bathrooms and friendly staff, offering great views and easy access to Table Rock Lake. Many visitors appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and spacious sites, though some noted concerns about the grass being overgrown and tight spaces for larger rigs. Overall, the campground is highly recommended for its cleanliness and relaxing environment, with many planning to return.

We really enjoyed our stay at Campbell Point campground. We spend our time boating on Tablerock Lake. We always meet nice people at the campground. A big shout out to the camp host and his wife. Russ and Jan keep things in order and are very nice and accommodating. We always enjoy seeing them!

The good: Loved this campground. The location is beautiful. The campsites are nice. The nearby marina is great for incidentals, boat, etc rentals, shopping. Watson's on the Water, also nearby, was fun, full of regulars with average pub/bar food. Hosts were very friendly.
Could do better: The bathrooms were relatively clean, but could use a deep cleaning and paint job... especially the older ones. Above and beyond the iron staining from the hard water, the bleach used to clean and constant use takes it's toll. There is no firewood nearby for purchase, so bring it with you or bring tools and clothes to go hunting in the woods for downed branches. The dump station hose doesn't have a normal attachment, so flushing out black tank not possible.

This is another really nice Corps of Engineers Campground. They have been a sites that are on the water with good views. The sites are spaced well. Water Hookup is great. The only problem is there are a few sites that are not very well maintained.

Visited both restroom/shower facilities at the campground and found both to be in dire need of a thorough cleaning and/or paint. The shower stalls were extremely calcified on the walls and overall not very sanitary. I refused to shower in those conditions.
Maintenance person spent all of 5 minutes in the building when I observed him going in to clean(?). Rubber gloves and a bucket.
Not a very good reflection on the Missouri State Parks.
