I was a little disappointed in the lack of shore based or dock based fishing facilities. My Grandson wanted to try his hand at fishing but had nowhere to wet a line. The marina said they had too many wires and cables underwater to allow it. The pier next to the launching ramp had "No Fishing" signs on it. No fishing also near the "beach", is allowed. It would be appreciated if some facility could be made for kids to fish from shore. Everybody doesnot have a boat.

Beautiful view from site 23. The park was quiet and we'll maintained. The camp host was very nice and friendly. If you have Verizon, phone coverage is great.

Everything was good, but the ramp was not good. I had to wade in water to get the boat in, and then the courtesy dock was also out in the water. Rangers were onsite and never brought the courtesy dock in.

Beautiful campground. We were here at the end of the season so the Marina restaurant was closed so we didn’t get to check them out. Some sites are up on top of the hill with lots of shade. Bathrooms were spotless! We will be back.

Campbell Point is a great camping area. You can access the lake very easily. Just a few minutes away there is a gas station, grocery store, and flea market. If you have a long rig you’ll want to stay out of the interior campsites due to it’s very tight and narrow with lots of trees.
