What Guests Are Saying
Campbell Point is a beautiful and clean campground with well-maintained bathrooms and friendly staff, offering great views and easy access to Table Rock Lake. Many visitors appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and spacious sites, though some noted concerns about the grass being overgrown and tight spaces for larger rigs. Overall, the campground is highly recommended for its cleanliness and relaxing environment, with many planning to return.

We rented the large pavilion at Campbell Point on June 27 for a family potluck dinner. Even though it was raining when we arrived, we were able to quickly gather under the pavilion and stay dry. There was plenty of room for 30 people and a table for all of the food. The view of the water from the pavilion was amazing, and the swimming area was very close.
Some members of the family had cam-sights, which were very nice with grassy areas and nice places to park campers. We ate at Watson's on Saturday, June 26, and attended the live music event on Sunday after our dinner. The food and drinks are good and reasonable, and the music was very good!
We highly recommend Campbell Point for the pavilion rental, campsites and Watson's Restaurant.

Overall the campground was nice. My only issue was with the physical site we had (site 53). It was backwards to any site I've ever used in the past. When we backed our camper in, the door/awning of the camper was on the opposite side of the picnic table and fire pit requiring that we walk around the camper to get to these things. Since the site is built up with a retaining wall, you have to walk out to the road to walk around the camper. Again, the overall facility is nice and we would absolutely go here again. Just take notice that this campground was clearly created in a way to maximize occupancy. Be selective and you'll enjoy the place just fine.

All in all it was a pretty nice campground but the bathrooms are gross, the showers especially and the water smells like metal.

Camping spots are exceptionally well maintained. I happened to be right next to a shower house restroom which was well maintained. Will definitely plan future stays.

We love this campground. This was our fourth year in a row. The sites are large, well-maintained, and spread out. Tablerock Lake in this area is quiet. We were able to kayak, SUP, and wakeboard, sharing the water with only a few like-minded souls. The Rangers checked in with us once or twice a day to keep us informed about lake levels due to flooding. And finally Russ was the best camp host ever. He ran a smooth operation, which let us relax and enjoy our time. We had zero issues. What a great place.

Our site was closed due to flooding but Jan and Russ were a great help getting us settled into another site. Beautiful campground and great camp hosts.
