What Guests Are Saying
Crabtree Cove is praised for its beautiful, clean surroundings, friendly staff, and well-maintained facilities, making it a great camping destination. Many reviewers appreciate the variety of campsites, which cater to different needs, and the peaceful atmosphere, especially during the week. However, there are concerns about shower pressure, uneven ground, and a lack of soap in public bathrooms that should be addressed for an improved experience.

When we arrived they offered us a bigger site even though we already reserved one and they told us no extra charge! We had a great site and was able to have quick access to the restroom and the lake! Definitely bringing the family and friends back out again!

Campgrounds were a little messy still trying to recover from a busy 4th of July weekend prior to our stay. Staff was amazing as always and super helpful with requests. Views at sunset were awesome as well as sunrise. But directions from A30 to the east and west are beautiful. I really do miss tent sites T 1-4, as I have stayed in them for more than 30 years up until the flooding last year washed them out. Great memories! Checking out new locations around the site and different views now though. Hasn't turned us away from this amazing location and facilities with top notch staff. Keep up the great work!!

Crab Tree Cove has the potential to be the best travel trailer camping site at Lake Stockton.

We stayed in A4, which is a BIG spot, mostly shaded. doesn't have a lake front view, but is a big, level spot, great for young kids. The campground is clean with big shade trees. We enjoy camping here, even though it lacks full hook ups and you have to fill your water tank prior to parking.
