What Guests Are Saying
Hawker Point is a beautiful campground with stunning views of the lake and well-maintained facilities, making it a favorite for families and outdoor enthusiasts. The campground hosts are friendly and helpful, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere. While some sites may be small and crowded, and there have been issues with check-in times and a boil order, the overall experience remains positive, with many guests expressing a desire to return.

I love the lake views and the shade the camp site has! The bathrooms are almost clean, sometimes people poop on toilets and it don't all get cleaned up! I have a dog that I clean up after! But the host kept repeating to me everywhere she seen me, to clean up after my dog! But it was other people whom walked their dogs that poop in the road 3 times this time in front of my camp site! Yes she the host repeated to me other times I camp at hawker point, to clean up after my dog! But I never reported the dogs that did it! She may eventually stop me from camping there! I really wish she didn't! Because like I said, I love this lake views and shady trees at the camping sites!

We absolutely love it here! We bought our truck camper in May and have been several places but we keep coming back to Hawker Point. It’s a beautiful, friendly campground. We were lucky to score a spot for their last weekend in September. Will be reserving many weekends next season for sure.

Good campsite with beautiful view. Little confusing on checking in. Sign says you don’t have to if you have a reservation but camp host came by and said we did. Lake access right there. Bathroom is nice for an outhouse! Perfect little camping area

AWESOME place. I’m from Arizona and love it here. Bev and Dan are fantastic camp hosts, super friendly and helpful. I liked it so much after my first stay I made a detour and came back before heading to Colorado and I’ve been here almost a week. Also met campers Debbie and Jack Bayes who have been coming here for years and are now going to be life long friends 😃
