This was a pretty well-maintained campground! I wouldn't go in the summer again because it's so humid and there are quite a lot of bugs, which were extremely loud all night. There is also not much to do within a half hour of the campground. Otherwise, it's a perfectly nice place to spend a couple days.

Family has camped at Red Bluff for 30+ years. Now my kids bring their kids to Red Bluff. Always a great time.

At each single site you are allowed two vehicles and one towed vehicle (e.g. a pop-up, fifth-wheel, etc). At each double site you are allowed three vehicles and two towed vehicles (e.g. a pop-up, fifth-wheel, etc.). All vehicles must be parked on pavement at designated parking areas. If allowable vehicle use creates a safety hazard, then vehicles must be parked in designated parking areas to mitigate the hazard to visitors. This determination may be made by Campground Host or Forest Service staff. Additional vehicles are charged $2.00 per day and must display a proper fee envelope stub in the windshield. |
