We enjoyed the pelican migration. It was awesome to watch them on the lake. We went boating and fishing. Didn't have too much luck fishing but enjoyed a nice ride. We are lunch at the Long Shoal Marina and it was very good. Took a drive around the State Park and checked out other camping areas. Went shopping and lunch at the Bootleg Bbq in Warsaw. The food was very good. Walked some of the closed areas around campground C. Too bad the equestrian area is closed. Many good memories from years past there.

We had a relaxing time at Berry Bend. Park was quiet and clean. Showers were kept clean with adjustable water temperature. Nice views of the lake and birdlife . my only complaint is my lack of cell service, but that's my providers fault not the park.

We love this campground, the campsites are spaced well and has good sites for viewing the lake. Has shower house and flush toilets and pit toilets, and hydrants as well throughout which is good for tent camper & helpful when cleaning fish. Friendly park gate attendants and custodians who cleaned daily.

Loved how close we were to the bathrooms and shower house. Wish the play ground would of had swing sets for the kids though.

My service dog and I have been to Berry Bend twice this year and I definitely plan to go back next year! Mike and Brenda are really nice people!! Very helpful with any questions. Campground and shower house very clean!! I do wish the swimming beach would open back up!! No place close to unload my kayak or to swim. The park is laid out really nice for walking. Some of the campsites obviously aren't being rented out because they haven't been mowed this year. But when I've made reservations it's hard to find available campsites. Quiet, pretty, clean park!!

Our site had a beautiful view of the lake and enjoyed a nice breeze. The site was ideal for our tent and for our boat and truck. There was a bathroom nearby and a shower house just a bit further along with a very nice playground, all within walking distance. The boat ramp is plenty wide with a dock for loading and unloading. We could not get a signal on our cellphones from camp, and the swimming beach was closed. Other than that, an excellent experience. We will be back!

Facilities were clean, boat ramp close and convenient. The county road leading to the camp ground is in serious need of maintenance due to the uneven surface capable of damaging tires, rims and causing one’s vehicle to have to be realigned.
