Sit back and relax. The view is amazing!! The restroom and shower facilities are kept clean. The park attendants are very friendly. Campgrounds are well-groomed and fire pits cleaned out. While the fishing is tough when the water is up, it's still better than being at home! My only complaint is that I can't get a phone signal from the campground (Verizon). It's never stopped me from coming back again and again. Love this campground!

Berry Bend was a wonderful camping location in general. The sites were spread out and the bathrooms were in good shape. Site C14 had a waterfront view but was not easy access to the water (you could walk down but it is high grass etc). The site is pretty exposed. FYI we were there on a very windy weekend and this site was not pleasant lol! We walked around all of the C Loop -- most of the sites Loop were not exposed and well protected from the wind. We most likely not book this site again.

Been going to Berry Bend for years and it seems the Corp is updating some things for looks but not others. The park was mowed while we were there and they skipped over several spots where kids would play. They also have closed several sites near the playground that doesn't make too much sense. The worst part of our stay was near the last day we say a vehicle going through the park with no identification, but later saw it belonged to the custodian. We tried to wave to him and actually spoke to him and he ignored both the wave and greeting. I've never had a park employee treat us that way. We have decided to avoid this park until some changes are made. If you have any questions I would be happy to speak with someone about our experience.
