Love the campgrounds, just wish the federal government would spend some money on their parks. Needs 50 amp needs sewer and needs water at each site.

Using our Senior Pass, we stayed in Site 55, a gravel back-in, elec. only site with beautiful views of the Osage River. The campground could use some updating, many sites are in need of repair, and the bathroom, especially the vault toilets need updating. C loop is electric only, gravel back-ins and pull-thrus. Our opinion, sites 12,13,14 and 51-63 are the best water view sites, but many sites have some water views. B loop has 7 sites with FHUs. No Verizon service in the campground. You can get service at the Walmart in Warsaw, 20 min away. Only 4 OTA channels. Accessible off-site parking, and laundry is available at the bath house. Dump station, boat ramp, and drinking water available (spigots thru-out park). We camped at Berry Bend South Park in a Motorhome.
There is a beautiful River Park in Warsaw, great for walking. Also, we saw several eagles in the afternoon. Great campground for fishermen.

We have a 5th wheel. We were able to get the full hook-up on the B loop. It was amazing. A Loop is closed. The roads were cleaned from tree debris and made an excellent walk in nature. Berry Bend B Loop is my favorite campground.

This is an awesome campground if you want to fish or just hang out in a lawn chair. Park attendants are the nicest people we’ve ever met. Can’t wait to go back

Site we we in, B8, was sloped enough to make leveling a chore. The FHU hookups all worked correctly. Be prepare to burn a campfire to keep the bugs at bay. All the sites in the B loop are wide and spacious, however, the restrooms were filled with spider webs and dead bugs. There is no usable shower house in this loop - build there had a 'permanently closed' sign out front. We did not look at the facilities in the other loop. A loop abandoned. This park needs attention.
