This place gets a bad rap, my guess is because of the heavy turnover in management and the inconsistencies that can come with that. In reality, everyone that moves in undergoes a backround check and agrees to a pretty lengthly list of rules and regulations- all designed to keep the park safe and clean. Just driving through, you can see that it's easily one of the cleanest parks in Bozeman. Most of the tenants here have a lot of pride in their homes and work hard to keep them looking nice, management looks out for the rest and maintenance works non-stop to keep the grounds looking great.

The only people who give this place good reviews are the employees of the people who own it, or people just passing through. The lot management is extremely unprofessional, and constantly harass their tenants, steal their things, tow their vehicles unnecessarily...
The people who own this property are the type of people who keep people down. They feed off of misery and pain. They do not deserve the money they steal from tenants with unnecessary fees they make up on a whim. If you move here you will loose more than just a deposit, be sure of that.

My car quit working and so I had to leave it in my parking spot. Borrowed a friend's car and parked it where I had seen trucks parked many times before. Next day it was gone, turns out they just towed it without even checking whose it was or coming to the door to ask. Now I have to pay $250 just to get my car back. The manager said if he had known it was mine, it would have just had me move it, but he didn't even bother to check or ask the house it was parked right next to! Very dissatisfied with the level of unprofessionalism here.

Even under new management people are being treated like garbage. I own my place and was storing my business tank very small and not making a mess at all neatly in my drive way and they took it one day when I wasn't home no written notice and put it in there storage and charged me 100$ to get it back. That's stealing. I hate living here no privacy always feel like we're being watched and waiting for them to sneak up and put a notice on our door with out talking or explaining why or for what reason. I hate it trying to move ASAP.

I drove through this park, yesterday, hoping I'd find a clean, well managed park. What I discovered was land filled with delapidated trailers, trash, unkempt grounds, cars and more cars parked everywhere. It's apparent no one cares! This park could be nice, if management and residents had just a touch of respect and pride for where they live. It's very sad. I do not understand how, or why, this park has been allowed to look so deplorable. I'm looking for an inexpensive alternative to Bozeman's out of control growth, and price structure, and thought a mobile home park would be the answer. Come on.... Have a little pride.
