Picture of the two guys on the cars make it seem very unsafe for anyone with children. I came here to see reviews sense I am looking for a place to call home, but this doesn't seem like a good fit. Should definitely update your website and delete those pictures.

Doesn't look too bad for a trailer park, too much concrete for my taste even though it is right across from Albertsons and all the good stores. The posted pic of two guys standing on top of a car tells me a lot of what I need to know.

rent is high as management, the only thing theyve inspected since ive lived here is the fire extinguisher, and the beast children run around on the roof tops of our trailors.. five stars cuz it definitely beats living with your mom

-I lived there over 3 years, the manager(s) seem to act nice to people.(+1 star). But after 6 month's there , they seem to be only after making money off the place.
-Took them over 6 month to fix something a window after it was broken, that was in winter. They fixed the pips when they froze over. but I think it was cause it might have broke something else down the line other wise. then he blamed it on us. (- 2 Stars).
-Also the rent was really high, for the traitor I was renting. Manager wouldn't let anyone get assistants with there rent. Yes you just read that right. They said I Could not get any rent assistants at all! (- 2 stars).
-They also forced the renters to mow there own yards or pay them a $20 fee extra every time. then if you don't mow it or pay them you get a penalty, 3 and you get kicked out. but seeing as we didn't have a lawn mower. This made things hard on use at 1st. (- 1 star)
- Was living there and had a cold 75% of the time thanks to insulating on the place was really bad. We asked if he would fix it and he said he's charge me over $2,000. then said it was my fault it was cold.
-Even tho I moved out, they told the energy corporation that i was still living there. after I found out, I set them put right. But they did nothing to fix the problem. I'm now in debt with them over $500+ for two months back pay.

Horrible place to live! Management is like living under a dictatorship. TRAILORS are old and dirty. Nothing ever gets fixed. A lot of BLACK MOLD! Not a healthy environment! BEWARE!!!
