It's literally a field. No campground. No tables or access points. Nothing. It's either no longer there or the address is wrong.

THIS IS NOT A CAMPGROUND. Management company offices only. Zero campsites here.

We arrived to Woodbine Campground on 5/15 and found an empty site; we immediately went and paid for two nights (5/15 and 5/16). Around 9:00 AM on 5/16 the camp host came and said that the site had just been reserved that morning and we would need to leave. The website for woodbine campground states that reservations must be made 5 nights prior to arrival and that 20% of the campground is non-reservable. I have photographic proof of this. The following is the response that I received:
Hi Sierra:
Hopefully, we can explain how the system works so your expectations will be more in line with what is actually there. We placed all campsites into the reservation service for our Forest Service Region 1 campgrounds which are all in the Red Lodge area. We have a one-day cut off which was a change from the 3-day cut off which we had for the last 10 years. This means you need to reserve in these campgrounds at least 24-hours in advance. If any campsite is not reserved by the 24-hour cut off time, it is made available for one night only. However, if you were interested in taking a site for several days, you would pay for your first night at the campground and reserve by phone for the remaining days. That way no other person could reserve that site out from under you.
No where online or at the campground does it state that you need to call for additional nights. Secondly there is no cell service or internet available in the campground so you would then need to leave and drive several miles to attempt to make that call. Also this does not correlate with what is advertised on the campground website. In addition the reservation that was made that forced us out of our spot that we had paid for was made less than 24hours in advance so this still conflicts with the information I was given by Esther Fishbaugh.
I would give zero stars if that was an option. It was a great disappointment after traveling a great distance and spending the time and money to come here only to be sent home.
