King Arthur Park

I have had horrible experiences with the management and owners. They have threatened me with eviction for filing a health and safety complaint against them. They are condescending, gas lighting bullies. I have never dealt with a business so shady in my life. They are owned by Oakland & Company in Billings, and in my opinion, they are slum lords!

Joe is certainly NOT a racist. My husband is an enrolled Indigenous Tribal member and he and Joe are great friends. Joe treats my children as family. He is awesome and King Arthur is a very nice park

The manager joe is a racist! We've noticed he tends to have issues with people of color, especially Native American. His two sons that usually walk their yellow labs have even confirmed that he's racist. The rent is way too high for a run downed trailer court. If you store anything in your yard or even drive way you'll get a notice for it even if it's tucked away nearly along the trailer, which beats the purpose of having and using a yard. The ponds and scenery are exquisite, beautiful and relaxing as well as it's a quiet community.

My mother owns a property here. Her boyfriend doesn’t want me parking in the driveway so I parked on the side of our house. I got a green note attatched to my vehicle that said to remove it. The same day there was a parking ticket for $40. So when the court advertises “curbside parking” they lie. I will be swiftly moving out and will NOT be recommending ANYONE to ever rent here!

King Arthur Trailer Park is probably the best maintained in the area. Neighbors are respectful and it's pretty quite for the most part. It seems like a mix of retired folks and young professionals. It features clean pool for the kids in the summer, Duck ponds and playground. It was advertised that fishing was allowed in the larger pond, however that has changed and fishing is no longer allowed.
