The campground was very quiet which was nice. The outhouse was not very clean and toilet paper had not been restocked.

Our campsite was amazing but the lack of communication and posting of being in a fire ban was disappointing. No signs were posted of "No fires allowed". We were notified by the Madison County sheriff on our 2nd night. An email to those that had made reservations months ahead would had been helpful. Also the bathrooms ran out of toilet paper and were not cleaned for the 4 days we were there while the campground was completely full.

It was a nice camp ground. There was no campground host. The spot we reserved wasn't big enough to accommodate our 5th wheel and 2 outfits without being in the rd. When we booked on line it said they were all reserved but the campground was pretty much empty but because there was no host we had no idea if we could move spots or not. We made it work for the 2 nights were there but we know better for the next time and we scoped out better options.

Best little spot on the river! Has 2 access points to walk into Madison River and watch tubers roll by. Large campsite but little shade, doesn't matter...you'll be in the water!
