What Guests Are Saying
Webb Mountain Lookout offers a fantastic weekend getaway with stunning 360-degree views of the Kootenai National Forest and nearby mountains, including the Koocanusa Reservoir. The facility is well-maintained, with clean amenities such as a vault toilet and stocked firewood. While the access road is rough and may require a high-clearance vehicle, the beautiful sunsets and hiking opportunities make it a worthwhile destination, though visitors should be prepared for potential crowds and pack in water.

What a gem, such a beautiful spot. 360-degree views of the beautiful Kootenai National Forest! We had a wonderful stay at this amazing old fire lookout. We even had a few "hike in" visitors and welcomed them in to take a look around. The lookout was well maintained and clean, thanks to all the other folks who have stayed here in the past.

Clean lookout tower with some mice. The road is getting pretty brushy before the gate and scratched up one of our trucks.

- Standard cancellations usually have a $10 cancellation fee. Customers can generally cancel before the check-in date online.
- Late cancellation rules differ by stay type.
- Individual campsites: cancelling after 12:00am local time the day before arrival usually means a $10 cancellation fee plus forfeiting the first night's fee.
- Cabins, lookouts, and yurts: cancelling less than 14 days before arrival usually means a $10 cancellation fee plus forfeiting the first night's fee.
- One-night reservations: a late cancellation usually forfeits the full amount paid, up to the total original reservation cost.
- Modifications are allowed before the cut-off window, but fees depend on the change. Changing to dates completely outside the original reservation dates may trigger a $10 change fee.
