Overall a nice little campground. Host was nice and welcoming. Facility was very clean. Booked as an overnight stop before going to Glacier.

We had the trip of a lifetime camping here and we literally didn’t even go into Glacier National Park, despite the proximity. The fishing was excellent and one day we drove all the way up to the Spotted Bear Ranger Station to swim in the Spotted Bear River and get a hot dog at diamond R ranch. Such a memorable experience, so remote and beautiful. One thing to note is this is total bear country, so don’t make a mess with food, and there isn’t running water at this campground to plan out how to wash up etc and pack out trash. We stayed 5 nights and don’t regret a thing.
