Policies & Rules
Parking
- ο· Vehicles must be D.O.T approved, street legal, licensed and registered
- ο· Only RV and one vehicle allowed per space
- ο· No tent camping or car camping
- ο No maintenance, repairs, oil changes, or washing of vehicles
- οΆ We reserve the right to refuse any RV or vehicle
- οΆ All vehicles and RV must park on site only. No grass parking.
- Enter and exit from the designated driveway only
General
- ο· Nine total spaces plus one space for tiny house
- ο· Space can be rented day by day or week by week up to two weeks
- ο· If there is a wait list, returning renters will have to go on wait list if there is any unoccupied spaces and no wait list they may return for an additional 14 days after dumping.
- ο· Maximum of 4 persons per space
- ο· Minimum of two days space rent
- ο· Using CAPNM facility for any reason except applying for service
- ο· All fenced areas are off limits
- ο· Respect boundaries, do not cut through another personβs site
- ο· Turn off exterior lights at night to avoid bothering neighbors
- ο· Children must be supervised at all times
- ο· Excessive barking will result in leaving before scheduled
- Clothesline or hanging laundry
- ο Motorcycles, ATV riding in park unless entering or exiting property
- ο No storage trailers permitted
- ο Marijuana use outside of RV
- ο Tents or outdoor sleeping on RV sites
- ο Electric plug in heaters
- ο Generator use
- ο Mail and Package delivery, including Amazon, etc.
- οΆ We reserve the right to evict anyone at the discretion of management
- Dump Station: is located at 1645 Highway 93 South (across the highway) ordinance prohibits dumping
- wastewater on the ground includes back, gray or tank water
- The following activities are prohibited in the park:

Check-out
- ο· After 14 consecutive days must depart and proof of dump in require prior to return
Pets
- ο· Pets are allowed, up to two per space
- ο· Well-mannered pets are welcome. Maximum of 2 pets per site, no pit bulls or rottweilers including mixed breeds
- ο· Pets must be on a leash at all times (no longer than 6 feet)
- ο· Pets cannot be tied up outside
- ο· Pets must be inside RV if owner is off property
- ο· Owners must clean up after their pet; droppings must be disposed of in sealed plastic bag.
- ο Mats or carpet on grass
- ο Processing of fish or game animals
- οΆ You are liable for the actions of your children, pets and guests during your stay. This includes financial responsibility for any damage done to the park grounds and facilities as well as other RVβs and vehicles
Deposit
- ο· No refunds for any reason
- ο· RV Size limit is 32 feet
- οΆ Any guest or visitor who violates the park rules may be asked to leave the park without warning and without refund
Guests
- ο· At least one guest must be over 21 years of age
- ο· Two visitors allowed at one time, no overnight visitors are allowed
- οΆ Guests assume all risk of use. We are not responsible for any loss or injury due to, but not limited to, fire, theft, vandalism, accident, negligence or acts of nature
Safety
- ο· Water, electric and trash included in space rent
- ο· Do not leave trash at your site, trash bins are provided, close lid after use
- ο No household or large bulky items in trash cans
- ο Campfires
- ο Illegal narcotics
Noise
- ο· Quiet hours from 10pm to 7am
- ο· Property speed limit 5 miles per hour
Smoking
- ο· Smoking allowed only in picnic table area behind RV
