What Guests Are Saying
Woodbine Campground offers a great outdoor experience with spacious, clean sites and friendly hosts, making it a favorite for many visitors. The campground is well-maintained, providing beautiful views and easy access to hiking trails, including a lovely walk to the recently rebuilt Woodbine Falls. While the road leading to the campground requires repairs and some facilities need attention, the peaceful atmosphere and natural surroundings make it an appealing choice for campers.

You could tell immediately when you reached the USFS boundary. The potholes in the road are so bad and so big they almost swallowed my pickup and RV. Shame on the USFS. Woodbine is one of the most popular campgrounds. Fix the access road!! Why can't they add another 10+ spots? I am an engineer and could easily lay out probably 15 more sites where everyone would still feel they have their privacy. The have power to their water pumps. Why not add a few 30 amp service?? I guarantee people would pay double for those. My AC wasn't working even with 2 portable generators so the trailer was close to 100 degrees inside and did not cool off until about 3 am. Still enjoy Woodbine even thou someone was parked in my reserved spot and they had to be evicted.

Site 1 has no shade. Forest Service and reservation site gave no warning that campfires were banned in campground. Good creek access for kids to play.

Beautiful and remote. 2 great hikes within walking distance of campground. The Stillwater river is breathtaking.

Beautiful campground and we usually go at least once a year but this year the road once you enter the Custer National forest is full of potholes. Not a pleasant experience.

Did not have a problem with smoke from campfires because campsites are spaced out and large. Beautiful area with great hikes that are very close by. I would go there again
