Very well kept. Hopefully some federal funding can come alone to expand out the site to be able to fit campers and tow units. Its pretty tight.

It’s a absolutely beautiful campgrounds, surrounded by mountains . I was there in mid September a week before it closes for the season & the higher elevations got snow the night before I left , great hiking ( it’s bear country so be aware!). Paul the camp host was very friendly and helpful and I really enjoyed talking with him . I plan on going back again this year.

You have to drive the wrong way through the campground in order to back a camper into a site. It is an old campground and not designed for larger pickup trucks and campers. It is hard to tell from the website if your camper will fit.
Camp hosts were very friendly and helpful.

We absolutely loved our time at Woodbine! We hiked to the waterfall and my husband went fishing. The rest of the time, we relaxed. We really appreciated that it was so quiet!!! The host was very conscientious, welcoming, and friendly. We will return!

It offers an excellent back to nature experience, scenery, hiking, fishing and a darn good opportunity to just relax in the fresh mountain air.

Woodbine Campground is wonderful overall, but Site 27 is not. To start with it was difficult to access with our 23' bumper-pull. Due to the backward angle of the site's driveway and the narrowness of the road, we had to drive the wrong way to gain access to the site. It was difficult to back-in because of the road width and location of rocks alongside the roadway. It took several "back-and-forths" to get the trailer in. The other problem was the awful odor coming downwind from the outhouse just up the road. We will not stay in site 27 again.

Woodbine is a great campground. Beautiful views are right there and a couple of nice trails begin there. The campground roads are paved. The campground host was super nice and helpful. They kept the facilities spotless. There is a small store in Nye, not too far away.
