Very scenic location. Most sites have a lot of privacy. Our Reservations were not posed at the site when we arrived, and had to ask someone to leave. All were very nice but posting of the reservations would have helped. Two great areas to hike in the area. No cell service (T-Mobile)

It's a beautiful campground set in spectacular country. The Stillwater River runs by the campground and offers nice fishing. There are two nice hiking trails that offer additional opportunities for recreation. The only downside is that the campsites are small and should be chosen with care if you have a unit 28 ft or longer. Most of the sites require backing in on the "blind side" and can be challenging. The camp hosts do a great job of maintaining the campground.

Very well kept. Hopefully some federal funding can come alone to expand out the site to be able to fit campers and tow units. Its pretty tight.

It’s a absolutely beautiful campgrounds, surrounded by mountains . I was there in mid September a week before it closes for the season & the higher elevations got snow the night before I left , great hiking ( it’s bear country so be aware!). Paul the camp host was very friendly and helpful and I really enjoyed talking with him . I plan on going back again this year.
