Extremely beautiful site. View, hikes, rivers and streams. Most sites feel private. Camp hosts were amazing. Cleanest restrooms, informative and kept the sites clean.

Great campground with nice big sites, very peaceful for our midweek stay of 3 nights. You can walk directly from the campground to a beautiful waterfall lookout, as well as a longer trail is very close. It was very clean, toilets clean, campground host nice and helpful when we had an awning problem.

Beautiful campground that is meticulously maintained. Site was easy to back into with our 35’ travel trailer. Very large spaces with lots of privacy. Gorgeous mountain views.

WE are in our 70s and told we cant use our smaller 4x4s to even go to the parking lot to go to the bridge up to the falls. No room to park 2 vahicles and the trailer. Cant park in the grass with those. Not a good outing this time and will not be going back. I'm born and raised in Montana and some adminsittrative people are taking the pleassure away from our camping grounds.

Why didn't the Forest Service post signs on the campground bulletin board that there was blasting at the nearby trailhead?

Quiet wooded area, paved level site, filled potable water at RV water site. Nice hike to Woodbine Falls, beautiful with the Spring runoff.

Woodbine Campground is accessible via Montana Highway 78 and Montana Highway 419, located south of Columbus, which connects to Interstate 90 approximately 43 miles east of the campground.

Policies & Rules
Arrival & departure
- Campers are considered 'no-shows' 24 hours after the scheduled check-in time; sites will not be released before that.
Cancellation policy
- Reservation fees are non-refundable. For campsites, cabins, lookouts, yurts, group sites, and similar stays, we charge a reservation service fee of $8.
- Standard cancellations usually have a $10 cancellation fee. Customers can generally cancel before the check-in date online.
- Late cancellation rules differ by stay type.
- Individual campsites: cancelling after 12:00am local time the day before arrival usually means a $10 cancellation fee plus forfeiting the first night's fee.
- Cabins, lookouts, and yurts: cancelling less than 14 days before arrival usually means a $10 cancellation fee plus forfeiting the first night's fee.
- One-night reservations: a late cancellation usually forfeits the full amount paid, up to the total original reservation cost.
- Modifications are allowed before the cut-off window, but fees depend on the change. Changing to dates completely outside the original reservation dates may trigger a $10 change fee. Extending or shortening a stay that still includes original dates usually has no change fee, though refunds may depend on timing and facility rules. Switching to the same type of campsite for the same dates usually has no change fee, but price differences are charged or refunded.
- Early departures may or may not be refunded. At certain facilities, partial refunds may be possible if staff can mark the site available for other visitors. No refund is given for a night if the early departure is requested after that day's check-out time.
- Security deposits are separate. Security deposits may be refunded to the original payment method if the facility is left in acceptable condition, as determined by the property.
Site capacity
- Single Family sites allow only one camping unit; double sites have specific capacity limits.
Vehicles & parking
- Extra vehicle fees cannot be paid in advance; coordinate with the host upon arrival.
Site types & loops
- First come, first served sites must be booked in person; do not call for availability.
Wildlife & food storage
- Obey all food storage rules due to frequent bear activity; check with the host for details.
Fires & fuel
- Do not move firewood; obtain it locally to prevent pests; firewood is available for purchase from the host.
