What Guests Are Saying
Woodbine Campground offers a great outdoor experience with spacious, clean sites and friendly hosts, making it a favorite for many visitors. The campground is well-maintained, providing beautiful views and easy access to hiking trails, including a lovely walk to the recently rebuilt Woodbine Falls. While the road leading to the campground requires repairs and some facilities need attention, the peaceful atmosphere and natural surroundings make it an appealing choice for campers.

Wonder place KUT firs com first serve costs $20 and your 'service charge' was $9. That is 45% surcharge - and other than maintaining a website, what did you to deserve 45%? Did you learn that from TicketMaster?? I am going to contact my senator.

Very beautiful place, campsites were well maintained. With very nice camp host’s. Made sure to give useful information on the surrounding and to give awareness of what kind of dangers there are.

Early this spring out reservations were canceled at Woodbine because of road repair from last year's flood. USFS announced in late June repairs had been completed and the campground would open July 1. We made reservations right away and were given a rare opportunity to stay at our favorite sites over the 4th of July holiday. Camp hosts were very accomodating. Woodbine needs public wi-fi since all site reservations are made online or by phone and neither are available at the campground.

Woodbine survived the 2022 unscathed and is looking good. However the hiking trails did not fair as well

Has been my favorite place for 25 years but I won't go back until they repair the gorge trail and falls bridge.

Woodbine has been my favorite campground for many years. Each year, I bring back so many wonderful memories of Woodbine. This year was no exception.
Some things to note-
-Take your time on the road after the mine. There are large potholes. Take it slowly.
-Bring a roll of tp in case there isn’t any in the latrines.
-All spots are amazing. Most of them have a lot of privacy.
-The campground is really walkable.
- There are two hikes with trailheads at the campground, and the other one walkable from the campground.
-The general store in Fishtail has most anything you could need, along with souvenirs and creaky wooden floors. Great place!

Quiet and pretty, at the end of the road. Excellent access to the trail to Sioux Charley.
