I absolutely love going out to Dry Wolf Cabin and we try to make it an annual trip. Our visit was great as always, but this year the mice are way worse than previous years. Also, a lot of the kitchen supplies seem to have disappeared...plates, bowls, etc.

Very quiet little cabin. No rodents or "disco" spiders. Don't plan on using the fridge, it is moldy. But loved the stay and spring water is available about 2 miles up the road so it was great.

Great cabin with a few more luxuries than most forest service cabins! Great location, beautiful and quiet. Please note we could not get the fridge to work, may be user error, may be bad refrigerator so come prepared if you can't get it working! Also please make sure you come from Standford south and not Neihart up, if you come from Neihart it will take you up a small forest service road that is not maintained and not recommended in the snow.
