What Guests Are Saying
East Fork Cabin is praised for its cleanliness, rustic charm, and well-maintained facilities, making it a great retreat from city life. Guests enjoyed various outdoor activities like hiking and biking, and appreciated the improvements in electrical systems for RVs. While some noted the lack of electric lights in the pavilion and occasional mouse visitors, overall, the experience was very positive.

The only bad thing was leaving!! So many trails to explore - we had our side by sides and 4-wheelers. Weather was a bit cool, but mostly sunny, and the wood stove kept us warm and cozy. This spot is a hidden treasure, and we hope to return next year. Thanks for the memories.

Nice cabin in a beautiful area. Close to East Fork trailhead. Stocked with many puzzles, as well as kitchen basics.

Very cozy and well appointed cabin. It says that it sleeps 8, but there are only 4 beds. I am sure glad that our entire party didn't show or we would have had people on the floor. I suppose it could sleep 8 if it were 4 couples that really liked to snuggle. Even then, they would have to be pretty small. The beds are slightly larger than a twin, but are not full. The mattresses were comfortable. The property was nice with plenty of room to roam. The pavilion was very nice with the fireplace and bbq pits. Overall it was fantastic!

Short but sweet -- only 2 nights. Still very lovely after the recent refurbishings, although I could not get the new gas oven to light. Also there was a packrat INSIDE the cabin! Very noisy all night -- and it tried to steal my car keys off the table! Make sure to close the doors and windows at night, so more don't come in! Speaking of the table, it seems very large for that small space. It either is too close to the woodstove, or blocks off the window and you can't put 4 chairs around it (which are also very large and heavy). Despite all that, it was a great comfort to see the wood shed cleaned out and stacked up with split firewood! Thank you, USFS!

We've been going to the cabin for the past 10 years and love it. The new log themed furniture was great.
