By far the best campground we stayed at. Even offered hot showers. Very clean.

Apgar campground is on Lake McDonald, a short walk/bike ride to the visitors' center, park shuttle stop and Apgar Village. We were happy to park our RV and use the shuttles to get around the park. The nightly Ranger talks at the lakeside amphitheater were great.
We enjoyed the Red Bus tour for our first day introduction to Glacier. We're ready to head back!
The only negative was the availability of showers in the campground. There was usually a long line for the 3-4 showers in the loop.

It’s a pretty place but we couldn’t see the mountains because there were trees in the way. There was also a really big deer and he seemed to ignore us.
