Great campground. Clean and perfect location to ride your bike to the village and visitor center. Rangers and camp hosts were so nice and the presentation at the amphitheater was fun. Love this park and campground.

Loves this location of Apgar, and the fact that a small shower house was available. We could ride bikes around the area, to the village and through the camping area. Experienced our first Glacier shuttle experience. Waited 2 hours, but finally hitched a ride to Lake McDonald. And later that day, hitched a ride back. Hiked while at The Lake ( the Sperry Chalet trail) . Enjoyed fish and chips Eddys restaurant at Apgar Village. Yum!! And reasonable! Great two night stay there!!

The bathrooms could use some updates and repairs, there is only 3 shower stalls for the entire campground, but are open 24/7. There is no dishwashing station.
