Great location. Comfortable site. Good bathrooms. Helpful host. Rocky point was a nice evening hike. The sites are pretty small and close, but were sufficient.

Great location. Comfortable site, but on the small side. Our 10x10 tent barely fit in the tent space. Good bathrooms. Helpful host. Rocky point was a nice evening hike. The sites are pretty small and close, but were sufficient.

Even with the camp spaces close to one another it was still a pleasant experience to stay here. The park is amazing for sure. I'm glad there were showers, even if we had to hike to the A loop to use them. Very clean facilities though so great job park staff.

Love this campground. The sites are relatively private and such a great location near West Glacier and Lake McDonald. Many hiking trails in the area and connected to the campground.
The only reason it didn’t get 5 stars is that we were there with e-bikes and had no place to charge the batteries. As these bikes are getting so popular, a great addition to the campgrounds would be a few outdoor outlets to allow some bike plugins.

The only thing I can complain about is the mosquitoes, which the NPS can’t help. Sites are pretty tightly packed but still feel private, and the close walk to the lake is a perk. Loop B bathrooms are closed but the port a John’s they have are truly the cleanest I’ve ever seen.

Spacious campsite with level area for tent. Loop Bathroom and Amphitheatre bathroom were close to site. Used showers first thing in the morning with no issue. Enjoyed the tent camping, will try to get fish Creek campgroundsite when visit in the future. Diner opened at 7, not condusive to eat if trying to get a early start for parking at Avalanche Lake or Logan Pass trailheads.
