DO NOT RESERVE THIS SITE!!! (C-133)
It has a severe slope. We parked our small teardrop on it and it was so sloped we could not level it even using 3 stacked 2x6s. I calculated that meant it was over an 8% grade and we were not on the highest portion of the slope. I was concerned even leaving our trailer there for a short time.
Fortunately we ran into the camp host and she was able to give us another site. So my 5 stars is indicative of our stay at the new campsite. Thanks very much to the host, Kathy, for allowing us to move, which saved our trip! She also provided us with great info!

One of our favorite campgrounds! Nightly ranger talks. Quiet and clean.

We loved our campsite. The hill behind the site was full of huckleberries so we had deer visit our site in the mornings. One of the best campgrounds I've stayed in, was quiet and respectful and rangers were super helpful when we got locked out of our car. The lake was about a 10 min walk from this site. There is a small trail behind this campsite that takes you directly there.

There is a quick trial through the campgrounds to the lake. No need to go out on the road. There are showers at Loop d for everyone. I saw a black bear on the bike trail going to the Apgar visitor center.

You couldn't ask for a better atmosphere and location. Fish Creek is connected to so many nearby natural attractions and resources and still serenely perfect. The sites were comfortable and well kept. Bathrooms were clean. Rangers did a great job checking in with campers.
