Camp hosts were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.
Showers are only located in area A- makes no sense that there are no other showers. Not too mention, out of 4 showers, at most 2 were working. One day, there was only 1 working… for the entire campground.
And if it’s a shower for the entire campground- where exactly are we supposed to park??
I asked a person camping in the loop and they were kind enough to let us park there too shower.
Ridiculous set up.
We’re paying the same amount- with less convierte amenities.
Showed had lost of hair and debris in them. Being that 2 worked, they could have been cleaned more regularly.

Site B76 is at the top of a hill, but 35 ft. long and level. It is a very good site, with the bathroom only several sites away, and water close by. The evening programs are always good, and the amphitheater is fairly close by, but all downhill on a very good trail. Make sure you check the site details when making reservations to make sure site slope is slight or level. Some sites have severe slopes. Fish Creek is a nice campground and the hike to Rocky Point is worth it.

Our stay at Fish Creek was great! The bathrooms were clean, the dump station was accessible, and the campground is beautifully forested. Our favorite part was the easy access to Lake McDonald. The road construction across the lake was audible at night but nothing too bad. The campsites are quite close to one another.

Very nice campground and felt we had ample room for our one tent and vehicle. The picnic table was in great shape, the bathrooms were decent, plus had free showers with hot water - awesome. Seemed like it was pretty quiet in the day - almost everyone show up at dark. I was glad that we weren't in one of the busier campgrounds. Perfect location out of the traffic, yet not far from the main shopping / restaurants and stores.

The site at Fish Creek was nicely forested with vegetation between sites. The restrooms and trash containers were well maintained. The location was good for us and served as a home-base for daily visits. We enjoyed the campsite and campground.

Sites were spacious. Host was very friendly. Our site was a little rocky, but that's to be expected. The campground is right beside Lake McDonald. There was 4g cell service for AT&T, so I was able to send and recieve texts. (a nice plus) Bugs weren't terrible until it rained.

Campground is on the lake and close to Apgar Visitor Center thus very conveniently located for entering Glacier on Going to the Sun Road. Campsite was flat and campground/bathrooms were clean. We did not preplan but was able to make a late reservation for Labor Day. We were able to get a campsite at St. Mary's (first come first serve) for the rest of our trip. We stayed at Glacier until September 11th, the date there are no longer vehicle reservations for the Going to the Sun Road. On the 11th the traffic was backed up for 2.5 mi to get through the West entrance check point to show your park pass. We are so glad we visited the park before the vehicle reservations were lifted, they definitely serve a purpose.

Nice spot. I liked last year when they had drive up people manning the entrance and the pass system they had. It seems so impersonal with no forest service people helping with the check in.
