A lot of quiet and peaceful than I expected for a large national park campground. This site had a close walk to the lake,

Terry and Sandy, the camp hosts were amazing.
Hopefully the park is able to install bear boxes at all the sites in the coming years.
Our site was across from the bathroom on D Loop. Perfect spot!

Had a view of the lake with boathouse and trees, but could still see the sun come up. Not really ideal for a larger tent as we set it up next to the firepit for best location with vehicle.

C112 was a beautiful site with direct access to the lake. Although small, it accommodated our 2 tents.

Our sites were nice and clean. Our camp hosts were extra helpful, friendly and welcoming. This campground has a few showers which was nice and the bathrooms were well lit.

This site has a very limited entry point for a 24’ trailer, and should NOT be sold as such.
Our only way in was to utilize the neighboring site, which was possible due to the tent campers being generous. Only after the reminder email came just prior to our trip began did they warn us there was a possibility of too tight an entry. Change the limit on what can occupy this site.

It’s a very quiet and well kept campground. The staff are also very friendly. The one thing is they only had 3 showers across the some hundred campsites they had (hopefully I’m accurate with that). If they had more showers they should’ve been labeled better. And if not I do think a few more should be build. Otherwise it was a great experience!
