site 4 was awesome for our camper van. secluded shady and level. we stayed at site 15 the night before and it was in the middle of several campers, but we liked that site as well.
everything was tidy, and calm at this campground

site 15 is not private but it’s a very nice campsite. everyone minded there own business and everyone was very nice and respectful of the other campers and respectful of the rules and facility.
it’s a pull thru(curved) parallel and worked perfect for our class B
easy walk to the lake with a rock beach.

I have enjoyed Fish Creek Campground since I was a little girl. Now I am in my 50’s and still enjoy the trails, hiking to Rocky Point, Fish Creek by the amphitheater and the secluded campsites with all of its mountains and right off Lake McDonald. On a hot day, the lake is incredible to relax and take a dip to cool off. So many things to do in Glacier, but you have to camp to really enjoy it all. See you next year Glacier!

Facilities were good (water pump, toilets). Nice treed area (not really private) was good for my tent and hammock. I enjoyed the evening ranger program! The Rangers/staff were patrolling the area regularly on bicycles and I think giving out some fun info to kids about animals and stuff. I was easily able to access the lake, which was considerably calmer compared to the other side of the lake (Apgar village/campground).

Beautiful campground, secluded and close to the lake! Clean, well maintained facilities. Gorgeous amphitheater for the ranger led campfire talks. Close proximity to family friendly trails.

We had an excellent stay at Fish Creek Campground. One amenity not found at most national park campgrounds are showers. Usually you have to go outside the park and pay to shower but they are free and available for use here. Stay in Loop A to be closer and we showered at odd times to avoid a wait. The campground hosts and rangers were super helpful and visited most days. It's a short walk to Lake McDonald for swimming. Overall, a nice campground. The only negative is no individual bear boxes but there are communal boxes and you are allowed to keep items in your vehicle.

Loved the campsite and park. C121 was great for tent. Very spacious site. Would not be ideal for a camper or vehicle camping as parking is at incline. Tmobile cell service worked enough for calls and texts but not browsing.
