Great site, no huge but perfect for our 8x8 tent/suv tent, flat surface, clean, close to bear box, water (no fresh drinking water), bathrooms were nice, shower house was a bit of a hike but not bad when you have such a pretty hike!

Great Camping spot. Just the right amount of space. Quick and easy access to the beach by Lake McDonald. Nice restroom and shower area and writhing walking distance and very close to the campsite. Who knows you may have some wildlife walk in and say hello. Like my daughter and I did. Two bucks in velvet strolled in on our second night. Peacefully eating in the trees. They didn’t bother anyone.

I was astounded how respectful and quiet the other campers were. As more of a backcountry person my wife and I were thoroughly impressed!!

I would have loved to come and visit Glacier but never got a chance as it snowed and rained for the time that we would have come. Also we heard that the park or at least part of it closed down. So even if we had gone we would not have been able to go anywhere. We tried asking for a refund before we got there but you did not offer one not even for half of the money back. We did not know what the weather was going to be like until a few days before.

The best part was that there were flushable toilets and showers, as well as the spot we had was very large (not where you parked the camper but the lot itself) and faced toward the woods, so it was more private (spot A14). This spot is marked as being large enough for our 28-foot camper. It took us 45 minutes to get the camper positioned in a functional way. It looks like a pull-through spot, but at the cite, there was a tree that had obviously had some run-ins with people trying to pull their large campers through the site (as opposed to backing in, which is what we had done). Many of the sites rated for large campers had at least one tree or stump that was troublesome. Ultimately, we would stay there again because of the amenities and it's convenient location!

Our campground was in an ideal location! Across from a restroom and had a water service 20 ft away. Great campground, beautiful park

Great little spot! Camp sites are close together but lots of shade and privacy at the same time!

The campsite was good, #72, and the restrooms were across the street. The campground hosts were very friendly.
Our only problem is that we couldn’t site see any of the rest of Glacier while we were there. We were going to drive GTTS the second day we were there and do some hiking, only to be told that we needed a timed entry ticket! What?? Everything I had read prior to our visit stated that if we had a reservation for a campsite, we didn’t need a timed entry reservation. What is the advantage to staying in the park?

The campground is dark, cramped, with some very un-level sites and, in late June, mosquito infested. There are better options outside the park.

This campground was amazing. It was much quieter than Apgar, the hosts were very helpful and friendly, and the easy access to a less crowded shoreline of Lake McDonald. We loved our site, and wished we had of booked Fish Creek for all 3 nights, rather than 2 at Apgar.
