great access to the lake. Best sites back up to the lake or the creek.

Fish Creek was a beautiful campground. Well kept, campground hosts were friendly and helpful. The rv parking areas could be wider and groomed a bit better, but overall fine. The firepit and tent pads were great ! Super roomy and loved that each site was secluded. The only gripe I had was the showers. Three showers (one was out of order, so technically four) for a campground of over 178 sites was a hassle and woefully inadequate. There is sufficient room in each loop to incorporate showers in those locations. Otherwise, gorgeous park and would stay again.

We had a nice campsite! The picnic area is worth checking out. There are 3 showers for the whole campground and the water was cold when we were there. Good location

One of the best campsites out there, definitely a great spot when visiting glacier.

We stayed with an 18-ft trailer in site 168. This site was nice because it had more privacy than many of the other sites who had people on all sides. It also had a private trail to the lake next to our site. It had a water and dump station available at the entrance. We also did a ranger presentation at the amphitheater which was actually pretty good at 45 mins that even my kids were able to sit through. Overall, a good option for a staging area to see Glacier Nat’l Park with nearby access to Apgar Village and the West Entrance.

This was the first time in all our camping experiences not to ever meet a host at the campsite. There was a board at the entrance directing us to just go to our reserved site and that a host would be by later in the day. That never happened. And didn't happen the second day either. We had no campground layout map so no idea where bathrooms, water or showers were located. We had to find all of that on our own. On our check out day, someone that appeared to be associated with the campgrounds drove by and said "oh are you leaving?" as though they had no idea how long our reservation was!
As for the campground itself, it's a shame it isn't more regulated. RV's destroying trees with the bump outs as they are on a site that was too small for the size of their RV, multiple campsites on our loop that left food, cooking apparatus and coolers out all the time. Even when no one was present at their campsite. In a campground that has bear activity, this is criminal. Not only for humans but for bears that might be encouraged by it. I think all these issues could be addressed had there been an active host(s) managing the site and making their presence felt. It was a far cry from what we experienced at St. Mary's one the east side of Glacier and any other campsite we've ever stayed in.

Lovely camping spot. Beautiful lake and river. We enjoyed the evening Ranger talk. We were disappointed that our camp site was quite a way from the nearest water spigot and bathrooms.

Great campground with ample shade and nice sites! The bathrooms need updating but other than that it is a lovely campground! I have stayed there multiple times and will continue to come back. It is close to Apgar village and the Apgar visitor center which is also nice!
