Tent pad on this site is tiny and a bit tilted, overall this loop of the campground is too densely layed out.

Nice shady sites close to the lake and just a short drive from Apgar. Campground hosts Terry & Sandy were lovely. Only downside was just one shower house working for all loops of the campground, but it had plenty of hot water.

Overall, a great location. The staff were so friendly and welcoming it made a great start to our stay.
Site 98: We loved how close the site was to the water. The site was slightly sloped, but not too bad. We had neighbors who were sometimes a little loud in the evenings, but they were immediately quiet at 10 pm, which was great! The site had decent space, and we really enjoyed it.
Site 133: This site was not good - it really should be removed from the map. The steep slope didn't allow anyone to sleep in their cars (sometimes necessary when we Scouts and already have two tents). The campsite was also fairly sloped, so it made tenting challenging. The bathroom was also right next to this site, so the motion-sensor light came on all night and shone through the tent walls, and we heard flushing all night. It was one of the few sites available when we booked and it worked, but would not recommend.

A pretty decent campground with decent space between sites! I even went and swam in the lake... I would 100% stay here again.

Wonderful campground and facilities.
Great varied hiking, the evening presentation was informative from a local professor, and the cave was amazing. We loved it!!

Great location tucked into the trees but just steps from the lake. The bathrooms/showers were well maintained. The location was close to all the activities we wanted to do

Even though the weather was a bit damp the campsite is wonderful. Nice lake and creek side sites with trails and views right there

Site D162 at Fish Creek turned out to be a good pick: well-shaded, nearly twice the length of most other sites, and right next to a creek — it pays to reserve early and do your homework. Each loop has restrooms with electricity (handy for recharging batteries), though showers are limited to Loop A.

Host was friendly and informative. Great location on the lake. Easy access to trails and paths between loops. Bathrooms were clean and there was easy access to the utility sink. Campground was private with great spots for a tent. This loop doesn't have showers. Only A loop has showers and not enough for the number of campsites. There are also only communal Bear Boxes for the loop.
