Great view from the campsite. Nice trees for shade and some sun. Enjoyed the boat tour and hike to twin falls. The sheep were entertaining. Wifi at the ranger station to check messages. We had perfect weather and a great time.

One of our favorite campgrounds delivered once again. Best views of any GNP campground, easy access to both lakes and several trails, great camp store, and the campground is awesome. Very quiet (especially upper loops), and a lot of wildlife (we saw sheep, moose and black bears). You do have to be careful in the upper loops, especially with a larger trailer as the grades are unreal in some sites. Also, you cannot trust GNP’s maximum equipment lengths. The max length listed for sites is more realistically just the trailer length, NOT the “total length of vehicle and towed equipment” as the description notes. You may have to park your vehicle behind the trailer, but we have not had any issues getting a trailer in a site that was listed for at least our trailer length.

We come every year and always enjoy Two Medicine Campground.
We wish there was more shade at the campsites but we cool off in the lake.

Everything was well organized from the start, I was given my ticket ahead of time which was helpful. Loading was very smooth and done safely. Our boat guide was informative and even during another medical event happening needing help, she handled everything efficiently .The guide bringing us back was equally very informative and helpful

Overall the Two Medicine area and campground are great. That said, site 59C should really be avoided for anyone with even the smallest of campers. The short loop driveway is severely sloped and frustrating to work with. The tent pad is suitable for one large or two small tents.
