The Two Medicine area is quite beautiful, and what follows has nothing to do with the surrounding beauty. After much effort and angst to reserve a campsite, I arrived to 91B as a tent camper, which had ZERO shade and no designated area for a tent. I setup my tent on some grass out of desperation, which I later observed is where many of the big horned sheep urinate. This site is not suitable for tent campers. It is right next to the bathroom, and people paraded within 5' of my tent to access it. Then there was the ongoing sound of the hand dryer going on and off, especially early morning. Just awful. The bathroom was disgusting and wasn't cleaned for the two nights/two+ days I stayed. The rest of the campsites seemed fine, however, many sites are suitable only for RV's.

We were at this campground 2 yrs ago in a fcfs site. Absolutely loved it. This time we had to make reservations due to no more fcfs. The site was terrible, description on rec.gov and actual site was not same.

This site was magnificent with 360 degree views of beauty. It's near the lake so easy to carry our paddleboards over to paddle. Downsides are noise from day use parking nearby and the unnecessary hand dryers in the bathroom. If you're camping you should be packing a towel.

Wonderfully clean bathrooms, active camp hosts, convenient bear boxes, garbage bins and water access.

The bathrooms were kept clean, easily accessible from camp site. Food storage bins were very close in proximity to the camp site and plenty of then provided. Camp site area was quiet. The program offered in the evening was very educational, so glad we had a Native come out and speak to us and allow us to ask questions, he was very funny and bestowed a lot of knowledge. Area was kept clean and the view was amazing!

Loved this area of Glacier! Such easy access to great hiking, beautiful views of the lakes and surrounding mountains, etc…. Only wish we could’ve stayed longer!!

Two Medicine is wonderful! The views are gorgeous and it’s a great hub for Glacier trails. Unfortunately we were really disappointed with our specific campsite. There was hardly and room for a tent with no designated tent pad. We were right next to a building that said “private residence “ and also so close to the bathrooms that we struggled to sleep because of the hand dryers turning on and off all night. Some sites in this campground could be renovated to include a clear tent pad for comfort and ease.

We had an amazing time at Two Medicine. We went to two ranger shows, one on flowers in park and another American Speaks presentation, which was storytelling. My kids loved them, as did I! The campground was clean and quiet, despite it being fully booked. Our campsite was across from Prey Lake, and we were able to swim in it every afternoon, as it was rather hot during our stay, and we went on multiple hikes from the trailhead right by the lake. The camp host was friendly and available for questions. We were nervous that crowds would make this camp location less enjoyable, but it didn't feel crowded, other than going to the Two Medicine Store just down the road. We have camped multiple places in Montana, and this was the best yet! We will certainly be back.
