About Two Medicine Campground

Two Medicine is a 100 site campground located in the Two Medicine Valley of Glacier National Park. There is a ranger station and campstore in close proximity, but no other services or accommodations are located in the valley. There is no cell service or wifi.   Generators are allowed only in Loops B & C. Generators are prohibited in Loop A. All sites require a reservation. Most sites have a 6-month booking window with a good handful having a 4-day booking window. This was probably our favorite campground of the trip. Campground was very clean. Great ranger programs from Ranger Pat Hagan. Our campsite felt very private and we saw numerous bighorn sheep. The mosquitoes were so thick. Be prepared & you'll have a great trip.

We were there in the last night of the season. Feels like a great location to spot a moose. Facilities are clean and well maintained. My only complaint is that the hand dryers in the bathroom really resonate throughout the campground. This place is and feels remote, which is ideal! You’ll wake surrounded by awesome mountains on all sides.

Site 32 and quite a few others are better suited to RV than tent camping. This site had just a small, awkward dusty flat area for tent with little privacy from the street. Wish you all would establish separate rating system to advise tent campers on score for such. THE POSITIVES: fabulous natural setting, wonderful trails, extraordinary NPS rangers! The NPS regional supervisor personally helped to start our car when we foolishly allowed battery to drain… what a nice person!!!

Stayed here for 2 nights in late August. Nice location with the Mountain View’s and lakes. Sites were wooded with some privacy between sites. Restrooms were okay, but lacked any shelf or spot to place any personal items while washing up.

It was a little drive to the East Entrance of Glacier NP, but there were plenty of views along the way.

Needed a longer stay to really explore the hiking available right from the campground

Two Medicine Lake Campground was scenic, quiet and clean. Had a nice chat with the crew that inspected our boats, then again with the camp host. Everyone was engaging and helpful. The access to hiking, kayaking, wildlife and nature herself is breathtaking.
