Always a clean neat park to stay at with boating and fishing available. The host is top notch also.

The first night was good, but then the rain started and the entire camp site was flooded. So we left a day early.

Corp of engineers need to enforce pet on leash policy! Dogs running loose not safe. People not picking up their dogs defecation! Tired of stepping dog doo. Playground not inspected Playground to safety standards children could be seriously injured loose screws projecting out 1/2". Sand should be replaced with recycled tire chips. Make park user friendly for all. Guests speed too fast in park local sheriff drives thru at least 3 times a day and did not see enforcement by them or corp.

Enjoyed our stay, except the weather! Joyce is great to work with- very helpful! Seemed to be quite a few no shows in the reserveable spots- a shame people don't cancel so someone else could enjoy it.

Very clean. Restrooms cleaned every morning. Our site had electric and water with black/grey water dump on site. I highly recommend if you are planning on bein in this area. Fishing was a bit slow but caught our share of Walleye. The boat launch is near the most popular Walleye hang outs.

By far our favorite campgrounds. Joyce, the camp host, is tremendous and volunteer workers keep the grounds in excellent condition. Only drawback is the season dates of May 1 - Sept 30. A lot of good camping days outside those times.
