Winter camping. Only 1 other camper in the campground. Great shade trees, old, but clean bathrooms. Nice and secluded get away. Level sites, no electric or water hookups, but there is electricity in the bathroom, if needed, and water spigots all around.

We like Temple Bar a lot! But the use of Rec.gov in areas where cell phone is limited or non existent is rediculous! When you arrive after dark especially, often camp sites are not used, especially during mid week and it creates increased stress after long drives! Not sure who benefits from this accept Rec.gov owners! The privatization of public lands blocks us from use, we have been at many camps where recreation management companies also are receiving funds that are supposed to benefit the park/area with little maintenance π₯²

Nice camp ground
We tent camp; lots of bushes between sites for privacy. Plenty of water spigots thru out camp ground with good clean drinking water.
There were some very loud rude group & several of us reported to camp host & he spoke to group & reported to ranger who also spoke to them & no further issues from that group! We were very pleased with how the situation was handled!
We will definitely be going back!

People camping behind us( at least 25) played music, talked loud, kept coming thru our camp site, kept throwing toilet paper and diapers on floor. The men's bathroom was worse, they pooped on the seats, threw up on the bathroom floor, kept us up til 1 a.m. we were supposed to be there Saturday,Sunday, leave Monday. We left Sunday. No Host, Nothing!! Very BAD

Very quiet campground. Lots of flowers. No shade. Middle of the day. No water and no electricity. Dry camping, driving distance of the lake. When we got to our spot somebody had left trash in the fire pit
