We stayed for just one night but enjoyed our stay. A positive for this campground is that there are plenty of group sites along with buddy sites which we enjoy as we travel often with other campers. There were plenty of trees and the sites were far enough apart to enjoy some solitude.

Nice campground in the middle of nowhere. The biggest piece of info to know is, ALL of the water spigots are locked closed. There is no water available even though the host has water, electric, and sewer dump, but nothing but a parking spot for the public customer. I thought campgrounds were made to provide a service to the public?... Well, a parking spot is what you get. Go Figure.

Hello. Our weekend campout celebrated five years of coming together for the weekend at Murray Summit. And everything was just absolute perfection. The group site, surrounding campground and bathrooms were all immaculate. The camp host was extremely friendly and helpful. It rained on Friday as we were packing in - couldn't have asked for better weather or a better setting. Thank you!

I reserved a site at Ward Mountain several months in advance. When I arrived, someone else was in my spot and had their RV and gear all spreadout and hour after I was supposedly able to check in. I saw my name on the site post and the folks there were not scheduled until the next day. I have to go elsewhere. VERY disappointing that the site host didn't check sites after the check out time. I put in for a refund and now, two weeks later, I am finally getting a refund of only less than half what I paid. VERY VERY disappointing.

Well maintained. No water, otherwise it would have been 5 stars.

John was an amazing host! He was so kind and helpful. The entire camp was clean, with newly stained tables and benches. We throughly enjoyed our stay and greatly appreciated having a host that was happy to see us! We will be back to visit soon.

Really fantastic, clean and well-maintained, easy to find. I was in a site fairly close to the highway and you do hear some of the big trucks on the hill throughout the night, but it was not bothersome.

Campground was clean and well laid out, and the campsites were spacious and well equipped (fire ring, picnic table, etc). It was nice that my campsite backed directly onto the trails I came the campground to bike, so the access was nice. The stars were very clear above at night. The vault toilets were clean and accessible.
