I especially enjoyed the hiking trails for walking my dogs right behind
my campsite. The campground was also peaceful.

Very nice clean campground with large sites. The campground host was friendly and informative. Great bike trails everywhere. There are water faucets but none worked. The road in is washboarded so take it slow. Both Verizon and T-Mobile worked great.
We would go back when in the Ely area.

Getting the water back on would be beneficial. Host was nice. He was confused on epots but that was clerical error not him. He worked with our group quite nicely. We will be back.

What a sleeper campground! Super well maintained, interesting high desert topography with plenty of trail space to explore. Only downside was the number of generators running constantly. Definitely a popular park with the big screen TV in the RV set. Nothing wrong with that personal choice, but tent campers might feel a little, yanno, drowned out.

We always enjoy Ward Mountain! Check-in was flawless, the campsite (21) was great, the restrooms were clean and the campsite was quiet. We will be back again.

This was one of the cleanest and well maintained Forest Service campgrounds I have been to. Probably had a lot to do with not being near a big city. Would not hesitate to stay here again. Good job folks!

Quiet area, some distant road noise if you really try to listen for it, semi-private large camp sites, great tent pad.
