We were looking for a full service campground close to Bear Brook State Park. This place for the bill.
It seems like a lot of work is being done to spruce up the place and it shows.
The services we used were good. The site we had was convenient and quiet.
As mentioned the residents and guest were all nice and friendly.
The roads were a little rough on the RV but passable.
We plan to stay here again when the urge to visit Bear Brook again hits us.

This campground far exceeded my family’s expectations after reading the older reviews. Roxanne is great to talk to at the front desk and we were greeted at the gate and lead to our site with parking assistance provided. We had an excellent 4th of July weekend staying in one of the hillside wooded sites. We will Definitely stay again.
-Bathrooms were clean and remodeled
-Kids loved the pool
-New playground
-Wooded sites are easy to navigate and get into with 35’ travel trailer

Homeless and junkies live at this campground. The playground is old and Rusty located right next to the smelly overflowing dumpster . 2 night minimum stay for this super small campground . Not family friendly . Wouldn’t recommend at all.

I will DEFINITELY be returning!! The staff were AMAZING and very accommodating!! I stayed in both 72 and 74 in the tent section and both were great, but I very much enjoyed 74 more. It's behind 72 but higher up so it overlooks other tent sites and has a great view of the ponds! I thought it was perfect for me since I like to be more secluded and away from others. The men's bathroom would be my only "complaint" because they could've been cleaned better, like getting the webs that are in every corner, around the urinal, and the back and bottom of the toilet. I addressed it with the staff and they thanked me for letting them know, and that they want to hear about things like that so they can address them right away. I have faith that they will lol! A BIG THANK YOU to Roxanne, Ernie and Brett for everything! You guys are awesome!!

Only place around to camp without reservations for a Large VW car show. Nice and quiet with shade all around also a clean toilet not an out house.
