There was no one to answer the phone when I called to complain about LOUD partyers until 3 a.m. I was promised by someone patrolling earlier in the day on Saturday that they would patrol at night, but that is irrelevant when people have no respect for quiet time. They partied all night long. I will never ever stay at this campground again!!!

Tons of activites, many friendly people around, smooth waters, and great time of year. The staff was friendly and the ranger, whom helped mainly get us on a reserved spot, after the previous takers left early, was magnificent! We'll be back as soon as the weather allows! Thank you for making our camping trip possible! The only thing I'd recommend to newcomers is find a map of the campsites or Acorn, and to use it when making your reservations 1-2 weeks before your trip. Seriously! People in California love Acorn too, so spots fill quickly. Have fun!

showers not working properly, this has been going on for several years. homeless people roaming the camp grounds, items stolen while away from campsite. camp host never comes by to enforce quite time, it feels like your on your own at times. Park Rangers are excellent and are friendly and helpful, I would like to see the camp host be friendly and helpful, but I think their scared, to many crazy people. We drive 400 miles to camp there and love the lake and camp ground but it needs a little work.

Had an awesome time. Very clean campground and super close to the lake! This is the perfect place to take your dogs for the weekend.

Cancellation policy
- Reservation fees are non-refundable. For campsites, cabins, lookouts, yurts, group sites, and similar stays, we charge a reservation service fee of $8.
- Standard cancellations usually have a $10 cancellation fee. Customers can generally cancel before the check-in date online.
- Late cancellation rules differ by stay type.
- Individual campsites: cancelling after 12:00am local time the day before arrival usually means a $10 cancellation fee plus forfeiting the first night's fee.
- Cabins, lookouts, and yurts: cancelling less than 14 days before arrival usually means a $10 cancellation fee plus forfeiting the first night's fee.
- One-night reservations: a late cancellation usually forfeits the full amount paid, up to the total original reservation cost.
- Modifications are allowed before the cut-off window, but fees depend on the change. Changing to dates completely outside the original reservation dates may trigger a $10 change fee. Extending or shortening a stay that still includes original dates usually has no change fee, though refunds may depend on timing and facility rules. Switching to the same type of campsite for the same dates usually has no change fee, but price differences are charged or refunded.
- Early departures may or may not be refunded. At certain facilities, partial refunds may be possible if staff can mark the site available for other visitors. No refund is given for a night if the early departure is requested after that day's check-out time.
- Security deposits are separate. Security deposits may be refunded to the original payment method if the facility is left in acceptable condition, as determined by the property.

- Driveways may not be level; bring leveling equipment for RVs and trailers. RVs and trailers must face the direction of travel.

- Site driveways are asphalt paved and may not be level.
- There is no guarantee of sites having level driveways.
