Amazing place! The views are beautiful. Campground is designed that all sights overlook the lake. Some sites have electricity and water, and some loops have no hookups. All sites are large. Plenty of hiking and sightseeing nearby.

Peaceful, beautiful views. Spacious campspots. Love the shelters over the picnic tables, especially when the hot sun is out. We stayed in site 1, 13 and 2, because we were late in making reservations. All sites were plenty big and level enough for our 38 ft. motorhome.

I was in the tents-only section. Sites were nice and well laid out. Great views. Plenty of parking. The walk in was not very far. Sites are a little close together. A lot of families on weekends and it got noisy. Very quiet during the week. Bathrooms had flush toilets and hot showers. No alcohol allowed in the campground. The gate closes at 10:00PM.

Very clean and organized campground. Clean bathrooms. Access to lake from campground is not super easy (hike down steep hill or drive 5 minutes) BUT being above the lake offers amazing views of Pedernal and Ghost Ranch, and some awesome sunsets. :)
