I love this campground. Prolly top three I’ve been to. It’s so quiet and lots of space between campsites (pedernal loop). Always stuff to do from swimming and fishing to hiking the trails and of course a stop at Bodes.

We stayed for two nights at the Riana campground in an electric site. It was a great stay, the campground was nice, the playground looked new and nice, and the lake was great to put our rafts into. We also utilized the hiking trail from the campground to the Abiquiu dam visitor center. We did not utilize the shower facilities, but the restrooms were also nice and well taken care of. There was a trash can at every site, which I appreciated. We will definitely stay again!

The park is very nice and maintained. There has been alot of nice upgrades done at the park. They have added a dog run, playground for the kids. The lake is beautiful and amazing sunsets.

Highly recommend. Beautiful, clean, quiet campground w/ well-kept restrooms and delightful camp hosts. Consider avoiding the summer months due to heat & lack of shade.
We camped in tents on the Tloo Loop in July. Temperatures > 100°. That's too brutally hot for me without shade, even when trying to keep cool by playing in the lake. I only stayed one night of my two-night reservation because of that. Others might be better at tolerating high temperatures.
I'll definitely be back, but not during the summer!

Campsite was great! Clean, quiet, and a friendly host.
The lake was so much fun to swim and kayak in and the stars at night were breathtaking!

I have been going to Riana for decades, I love it. Best sunsets ever, quiet, spacious sites and the lake to paddle and swim on. All facilities are well maintained too. Please don’t tell anyone else about this place, it’s already getting way too busy.
