We stayed here 5 weeks and it was wonderful. Great price, peaceful, clean, and the management was very chill. We would definitely come stay here again.

Very nice! Solo female traveler and felt very safe here. Also loved the dog area for my girls. Level, gravel sites. Owner was very quick on communication. Would definitely stay here again

Seems like a great place! We just needed it as a spot to stop after Carlsbad Caverns and White sands. They have full hookups and two different options, one is the back in sites, which is normally for longer stays it looks like. And then there are the pull through sites which are where I stayed, they are decently level and plenty wide to basically pull in and park however you need. There is a train nearby that so far in the first few hours has went by twice. The only remark I would say is I could not find a map of the campground yet, but they are still developing it so they are probably waiting to have a map of the sites until they have everything completed.

Over all this is a nice RV park, the only negative is the noise (train, traffic). Positive’s are much more, it’s all gravel so not much dust and no mud, sights are very wide so you have space to put chairs out with out being on your neighbors stinky slinky. There is a small doggie grassy area a nice view of the mountain and it’s next to a great brewery that has music a dance floor and good beer, it’s 16 mil from white Sands and 2 minutes from the historic downtown of Alamogordo. So give it a try and support the local business, happy RVing Y’all 😊🚍

We’ve been staying here for over 2 months now on a travel assignment. This place is great, not much for amenities on site yet but full hookups and big level sites. They are newer and have plans for more sites and a laundry/shower facility. Once they get that this place will be perfect for the area! Next door is the brewery that has great food trucks, atmosphere, service and obviously great selection of beers! Get the pretzel! We definitely feel safe here as the host Gary is very attentive to everything.
