They was A Okay untill I moved out and they robbed my trailer of my sound system even after I paid the entire month forward and 3 days later moved out.. someone was always going in my trailer while I was at work so be careful staying here at the Aok resort RV park your stuff will get broke into and your stuff will get robbed

This is by far the absolute best rv park we have ever lived in texas oklahoma and now new mexico this is the best rv park they genuinely care we got stranded here and they told us to park and we will worry about the money later so I would recommend this trailer park over anyone it's affordable and the people care

Its nice & quiet. Other tenants mind their business. The managers straight forward with everything. Nice community and its improving rapidly. Been there for 7 months and it's good. 👌😁

This park is the best value if you want a good water, electric, and sewer for a fair price.
Everyone else in Carlsbad is crazy expensive.
These folks are no nonsense. Don't expect frills, it's one big gravel lot, but it all works great, and they don't mess with you, if you don't mess with them or any of the other guests. I'll give them 5 stars when they boost the attractiveness of the property.

This park is new and as such there are no showers or washrooms. It is just a large gravel parking lot with full hookups. The park is not well laid out and sites are small. If the park is crowded the sites will be challenging to park a big rig although smaller rigs might have no problems. Tthe nightly rate was about twice what it should have been for what is provided.

- Firearms and explosives are strictly prohibited.
- Fireworks and hazardous materials are not allowed.
