We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great location for exploring White Sands, Ruidoso, etc. Everything was clean, quiet at night.

This park made my wife and I fall in love with the Southwest. The trails are excellent, the views are spectacular, the restrooms are clean. This is our third time at Valley of Fires and we hope to make it an annual camping spot.

Nice campground with great views and some nice walking/hiking. Very quiet. The camp host, Steve, was friendly and diligent. Restrooms and the area in general was very clean. If we are in the area, will definitely return. Started our trip in a very high note. After a week on the road, this is still the best campground experience we have had.

We very much enjoyed our stay four night stay at Valley of Fires. Spacious sites with beautiful views. Very quiet, only a handful of campers were there during our stay, they were mostly overnighters that came and went. Restrooms are older, but kept very clean by the camp host. Highly recommend for a peaceful, remote, and very scenic stay.

Absolutely hardest working host I've seen. Kept the place hospital clean. Worked long hours and nothing slipped by this host. Even offered to help me pack up some equipment. This host has the magic that makes valley of fire better than most. Truly a wonderful experience for me.
