We loved this campsite. We were in site #7. There was enough room for our big 10x15 tent, and then still plenty of room for our kids to play and explore.
The camp host was also great. He came and introduced himself when we arrived. We saw him going around and cleaning up each campsite after each group left and did a great job of maintaining a clean and welcoming campground.
The bathrooms were clean.

The most perfect campground I could have imagined I got to fall asleep with the sound of a mountain stream running right behind the tent

Site 4 is one of the nicest campsites I've ever stayed at, and I've enjoyed some real zingers over the past few years. It's set off from the other sites, and you can easily walk down to the river and set up a hammock there. There's also a hiking trail through the pines and aspens that you can catch directly from the site. The campground is peaceful and on the more verdant side of the mountains. Right now, in mid-June, it's full of broad-tailed hummingbirds. I did not want to pay $28 to camp one night, but I'm super glad I had the experience! Host was very friendly and helpful.
